Frequently asked

Clear answers before you buy.

What the guides cover, how remote support works, where our responsibility ends, and what to check through official sources.

Guides & planning

Primarily first-time, English-speaking independent travelers planning a 5–14 day trip. Experienced visitors may still find focused route and experience guides useful.

No. Route guides offer a realistic structure, decision points and alternatives. You remain responsible for choosing and booking your trip.

Each paid guide should show a reviewed date. Apps, entry rules, prices and schedules can change, so we link to official sources and ask travelers to make a final check before acting.

Yes. The Bespoke Plan is for multi-city journeys that need a complete day-by-day structure. Requests involving regulated travel services may require a licensed partner.

Local support

Practical travel questions: interpreting an app screen, phrasing a message, thinking through a transport problem, clarifying a route or preparing communication with a provider.

The proposed service window is 08:00–22:00 China time, with a one-hour target for ordinary questions. This is a target, not an emergency-response guarantee.

Not under the standard support plan. We can explain options or help prepare communication, but travelers complete their own transactions. Licensed partners may handle services that require them under a separate agreement.

No. Contact local police, medical services, your insurer or your embassy/consulate for urgent safety, health, legal or consular problems.

Entry, payments & transport

We can direct you to the relevant official information, but we do not make immigration determinations. Eligibility depends on passport, route, purpose and current policy. Verify with the National Immigration Administration, the responsible Chinese mission or official visa centre.

China supports multiple payment methods, and official guidance explains options for overseas visitors. Individual cards, merchants and verification flows can still vary, so prepare more than one method and check the current official payment guide.

Official China Railway channels support passport-based booking and identity verification. Names and document numbers must be entered carefully. Use the official 12306 English website or app for current rules.

Payment, refunds & privacy

Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where defective or required by law. Service cancellation terms depend on whether work has started and appear in the confirmed scope before payment.

Only what is reasonably needed to answer or deliver the service. Avoid sending full passport images through a general contact form. If sensitive details are necessary, a separate secure process and explicit consent should be used.

Not in this preview. Product and support buttons collect an early-access request locally. Live email, CRM and payment accounts must be connected before commercial publishing.
